1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the CatChat app.
If you are under 18, uninstall the app immediately.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account:

  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure

  • You must not create fake or duplicate accounts

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate our policies.

3. User Conduct

While using CatChat, you agree NOT to:

  • Upload or share nudity, sexual content, or adult material

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

  • Share violent, hateful, or illegal content

  • Impersonate any person or organization

  • Use automated tools, bots, or fake profiles

  • Record or capture other users without permission

  • Promote gambling, drugs, or harmful activities

  • Share copyrighted material without rights

Violation may result in permanent ban.

4. Video & Chat Interactions

CatChat provides random video and chat matching.
We do not guarantee:

  • You will match with any specific person

  • The behavior or identity of other users

  • The quality or availability of calls

You are responsible for your interactions with others.

5. Content You Share

When you upload or share content (photos, videos, text), you:

  • Allow CatChat to store, process, and display it

  • Accept that other users may capture or save your content

  • Understand that deleting your profile may not remove content others saved

Do NOT share sensitive personal information.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. In-App Purchases

CatChat may offer paid features.
All payments:

  • Are processed by Google Play or other secure partners

  • Are non-refundable unless required by law

  • Provide virtual features (not real money or real-world value)

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these terms

  • You engage in harmful or illegal activities

  • You misuse the platform

We may also remove any content that violates our policies.

9. Disclaimer

CatChat is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee:

  • Error-free service

  • Continuous service availability

  • 100% safety or accuracy of user content

You use the app at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

CatChat is not responsible for:

  • Any harm or loss caused by other users

  • Data loss or unauthorized access

  • Issues due to device, network, or third-party services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

The app may include links or integrations from third parties.
We are not responsible for:

  • Their content

  • Their privacy practices

  • Their actions
